ULC Attendance, Cancellation & Rescheduling Guidelines
We want every child to get the most out of their learning time with us. To keep things fair and organised for all families, please take note of the following guidelines.
Attendance & Late Arrivals
We understand that families can run late. If your child arrives late, the session will continue until the scheduled end time. Late arrivals don't qualify for refunds or rescheduling, but your child is always welcome to join the remaining time.
No-Shows
A session is considered a no-show only when your child does not attend and no notice is given before the session begins. No-shows are forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a session, please let us know at least 24 hours before the start time.
- Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled (once per term) or refunded if it is a single-session booking.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session are normally forfeited.
- However, if we are able to offer your cancelled slot to another child, you may reschedule the session within the same term at no penalty.
Rescheduling
Each student may reschedule one session per term, subject to availability. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the same term.
Centre-Initiated Changes
If we ever need to cancel a session, we'll let you know as soon as possible. We'll either reschedule the session or provide a full refund.
Payments & Accounts
Bookings are confirmed once payment is completed. Your parent account lets you view upcoming sessions, manage rescheduling, track payments, and monitor waitlist status. Thank you for helping us keep sessions running smoothly for all families.

Pricing & Tuition Packages
We offer flexible tuition options to suit your child's needs — single sessions, 6-session packages, and 12-session packages. Whether you prefer to book one session at a time or commit to a structured programme, each option provides targeted support delivered by specialist educators.
Applicable sessions will be limited to 1-5 sessions, 6 sessions, or 12 sessions. Parents will only be able to book in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 12 sessions. This is a practical approach for achieving progress for the learner.
Packaged sessions (6 or 12 sessions) include an initial screening during the first session to identify your child's strengths, learning needs, and areas for development. A final re-screening is completed in the last session to measure progress, evaluate the impact of the intervention, and provide clear feedback on your child's growth.
By embedding screeners into every programme, we ensure that progress is continuously monitored, teaching remains responsive, and every session is purposeful, focused, and designed to maximise your child's potential.
